ℹ️ Information about the right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right within 14 days to withdraw unconditionally from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins from:

• the date on which the contract is concluded – for service contracts;

• the date on which the goods are received by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier.

Within 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal, the trader shall reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which the trader was notified of the withdrawal.

⚠️ Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to individual order or personalized according to the customer’s requirements;

• sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

• digital content supplied immediately after the consumer’s explicit consent;

• other exceptions provided for by applicable legislation.
