Antahkarana
According to Tibetan philosophers, the Antahkarana symbol is part of spiritual anatomy. This symbol represents the connection between the physical body and the Higher Self. It is a connection that must be healed and developed so that we can grow spiritually.
The Antahkarana symbol is activated by your presence. The science of radionics states that lines or an image on a book can have a psychic effect on the space surrounding the drawing, and this in turn influences the human aura and chakras.
Antahkarana is an ancient symbol for healing and meditation. It has been used in Tibet and China for thousands of years. It is a symbol of great power. During meditation, when the symbol is placed near you or on you, the so-called Great Microcosmic Orbit is automatically created. Psychic energies that normally enter through the Crown Chakra travel to the feet and return to the head, then again to the feet, grounding the person and creating a continuous movement of energy through the chakras.
Antahkarana is also believed to neutralize negative energy that accumulates in jewelry and crystals. For neutralization, simply place the object you wish to cleanse between two symbols.
Antahkarana is a sacred symbol and was kept secret for thousands of years. Now the time has come for it to be given to people once again.
Antahkarana is a special symbol; it has a consciousness of its own. It works directly with your Aura and chakras, and its healing effect changes depending on the needs of the person using it. Because it is guided by the Higher Self, it is believed always to have a beneficial effect and to be incapable of causing harm. The symbol can be placed beneath a massage table or chair, on a wall, or on the body in areas where healing is needed.
Using the Antahkarana symbol:
- Love of the Universe,
- Protect me,
- Heal me,
- Guide me to my true home of Spirit!
This symbol was originally given to humanity during the time of Lemuria, around 100 thousand years ago. At the same time, Reiki was brought to Earth by the Holy Spirits.
Antahkarana was created by the council of Ascended Masters who watched over the evolution of the Galaxy. They saw that the people on Earth were troubled and needed help in creating a connection with the Higher Self. They created this symbol and made it part of their consciousness. Now everyone who uses this symbol strengthens their connection with their Higher Self. This Higher Self creates and guides everything, brings benefits, and therefore this symbol cannot be used to cause harm.
Guide for receiving
Antahkarana is a special symbol with a consciousness of its own. It works directly with your aura and chakras, and its healing effect changes according to the need and the time of use.
Using the symbol for meditation
You can meditate simply by looking at it and letting all incoming thoughts pass away. With practice, the image may begin to move, change and completely disappear before your eyes, shrink or expand. This is considered a sign that you have reached a high level of meditation and are receiving great benefit.
So do not be afraid; continue looking at the symbol with your eyes wide open and you may begin to see images before you that are pleasant and relaxing. It is considered very useful to meditate with this symbol during stressful situations, as well as regularly for 10–30 minutes each day. The benefits described include the development of mental clarity and a feeling of peace and complete protection that remains with you throughout the day.
There are several versions of this symbol: a large single symbol – more feminine and believed to heal in a very gentle way; a smaller single symbol – more masculine and therefore directing and focusing the energy.
Follow your intuition when using it.
Antahkarana in practice
No special attunement is required for this symbol. It is usually used in printed form unless you wish to draw it by hand. Even if it is simply near you, it is believed to greatly increase the healing power of any healing process. It may also be used for meditation or wellness exercises, increasing well-being and improving contact with Higher Forces. This symbol is not secret. You can place it on the wall in your office, put it under a chair or couch, and so on. It does not have to be visible during treatment. You can laminate it and place it in your shoes, draw it on an area of your body to accelerate healing, or carry it in your pocket or cosmetic bag.
The single Antahkarana symbol is used for focusing and serves to connect with the Higher Forces. The cross also serves these purposes and is considered more powerful. It may be used for healing the Heart Chakra. The 16 images often cause disorientation, and for this reason it is necessary to use the single symbol afterward to focus the energy again.

Choosing the right jewelry size is essential for both comfort and appearance.
This is also one of the questions I am asked most often.
Whether it is a bracelet, ring or necklace, the right size makes the difference between “it fits” and “wow.”
In this guide, we will show you easy ways to measure your size at home – quickly and without special tools.
How to Measure Your Bracelet Size

Method 1: Using a Measuring Tape
Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist (exactly where you wear your bracelet)
Do not pull it too tight – it should feel comfortable
Note the measurement
Add:
- +1 cm for a closer fit
- +1.5–2 cm for a looser fit

Method 2: Using String or Ribbon
Wrap a piece of string around your wrist
Mark where the ends meet
Measure the length with a ruler
💡 Tip: If the bracelet is made with natural stones, it is better to choose a slightly looser size.
How Bracelet Type Affects Size
Elastic Bracelet
The most comfortable and versatile option
Stretches slightly when putting it on
Fits more closely around the wrist
If the bracelet is too small, it will feel tight and may leave marks on your wrist. It may even cause discomfort such as numbness because it restricts circulation. A bracelet that is too tight will also wear out and break more quickly.
If it is too large, it may slip off.
Recommendation: Choose +1 cm so it does not feel tight and remains comfortable
Bracelet with a Clasp
Does not stretch
Has a more structured, classic jewelry look
Requires a more precise fit with minimal extra room. We will make the bracelet with several extension rings for adjustment.
Recommendation: Choose +1.5–2 cm for comfortable freedom of movement
Shamballa / Adjustable Bracelet
Can be tightened or loosened
Suitable as a gift (less risk of choosing the wrong size)
Has a more relaxed fit on the wrist
Recommendation: Choose the closest size to the fit you want (for example 17–18 cm), because it can be adjusted
Practical tip: If the bracelet is made with larger stones (8 mm and above), add another ~0.5 cm – larger beads add volume and make the bracelet feel tighter.
Create your bracelet your way – for most of our designs, you can now choose an elastic bracelet, a clasp fastening or an adjustable Shamballa style
How to Measure Your Ring Size
There is a wide range of ring sizes.
Method 1: Using String or a Paper Strip
Wrap it around your finger
Mark where the ends meet
Measure in mm – ring sizing requires greater precision than bracelet sizing.
Method 2: Using a Ring You Already Own
Take a ring that fits you well
Measure the inside diameter
Compare it with a standard size chart
Important: Fingers can swell during the day → measure in the evening for the most accurate result.
Standard Ring Size Chart
| Finger circumference (mm) | Inside diameter (mm) | Size (EU) | Size (US) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 44.2 | 14.1 | 44 | 3 |

How to Use the Chart
- If you measure with string → use the circumference (mm)
- If you have a ring → use the inside diameter
- In Bulgaria, EU sizing is used most commonly (e.g. 52, 54, 56)
A Small Practical Tip (Very Important)
- Measure in the evening – fingers are usually slightly more swollen
- If you are between two sizes → choose the larger one
- For wider bands → choose one size larger
How to Choose a Necklace Length
Standard lengths:
35–40 cm → choker (close around the neck)
45 cm → classic length
50–60 cm → a longer, looser necklace
Tip: If you layer necklaces, combine different lengths for a more striking look.

How to Measure Your Anklet Size

How to Measure
Wrap a measuring tape or string around your ankle
Measure exactly where you want the anklet to sit
Note the circumference
Add to the measurement:
- +1–1.5 cm → a closer fit (elegant and close to the skin)
- +2–2.5 cm → a looser fit (relaxed summer look)
Type of Anklet
Elastic
- Fits more closely
- More comfortable for everyday wear
Choose: +1–1.5 cm
With a Clasp
- Does not stretch
- Has a more elegant look
Choose: +2 cm
Adjustable (Shamballa / sliding closure)
- Can be adjusted
- Suitable as a gift
Choose a more precise size
Important: The ankle can swell during the day (especially in summer) → measure in the evening
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Slightly loose is better than uncomfortably tight.
For Handmade Jewelry
Every piece of jewelry is unique, especially when natural stones are used.
Small variations in size are completely normal and part of their charm.
